Our Farming Community is constantly molding and adapting to the complications that come with the Farm life. I am not here to prevent that which sustains us all world wide. But on a state by stat issue I would encourage that local farms supply local grocery stores. Buy Local - Buy American.

As a (WWOOF) Willing Worker on Organic Farms for two years and former Vermont Youth Conservation Corps employee, I highly value progressive environmental protections as a priority responsibility. We must support Bio sustainable business practices at all costs. Ban artificial GMOs, toxic packaging, and non organic herbicide/pesticides and streamline efficient Municipal composting for all.

I support our farmers 100%. I will do my best to help farmers to sell their products at the best prices that can be reached through agreements with the farmers and the consumers. North Dakotas farmers need solutiond now to sell their products that China is no longer purchasing. I will work hard to renegotiate with our Chinese allies and other trading partners.

I strongly support farmers rights. Specifically, Hawaii's Water Rights. Native Hawaiians' birthright is the water or wai that comes down the mountains after it rains. Since time began in the islands Native Hawaiians followed an ecological system that respected the land or aina. This system ensures that the rainfall flows down from the mountains into the streams, farms or loi and to the oceans
