Comprehensive Criminal Justice reform is without question. I stand firmly on the endeavor to tighten up laws on criminals. Most cases of criminal shooting it was by a criminal who had a gun the current laws said he couldn't have. Making more laws only makes more criminals out of law abiding citizens.

If elected I plan to bring comprehensive Justice reform that everyone has called for, but is largely over looked. Our country as of late has seen the legal system all but ignore the United States constitutional law as the Supreme Law of the land and all laws contrary to this law are NULL and VOID. A fully educated Jury on the Constitutional laws will also be beneficial.

“I strongly support laws that make it tough on criminals. I believe that mandatory minimum sentences are an effective way to control violent crime. All too often, I read that a person who cannot legally own a firearm commits a crime with a gun that they should not have had. In many instances, the criminal who commits this offense has had numerous arrests involving an illegally possessed firearm.”

I will be tough on crime one thing that our former leaders in North Dakota forgot about. I am however against the dealth penalty because to many of our citizen who were innocent after modern technological advancements such as DNA and Forensics proved that the wrong peoples lives were terminated due to the death penalty. I believe the punishment should fit the crime.
