    The Bill of Rights was intended to limit the government and emphasize its role in protecting freedom. We've lost our way. I believe we need to push back towards the plain reading of the Constitution, develop an understanding of the historical context, and then push policy and programs towards massive decentralization with a goal of increasing personal liberty.
