RFRA

“The Indiana RFRA, written specifically to target the LGBT community for state sanctioned discrimination, makes a mockery of both our state and national tenants of Equality. No one in America should fear being fired from their job, denied a place to live or rejected from a public place of business simply because of the class of people to which they belong. ”

Roads

“Across Indiana, and most especially Indianapolis, crumbling infrastructure has become the norm. Disastrous property tax caps, the captured and redirected tax revenue, lack of Home Rule and hundreds of thousands of workers whose taxes go back to their home county entering the city each day, has resulted in the inability of our city to properly meet the obligation of maintaining our roads. ”
