Tax & Spend

“During the last 8 years, we suffered over 40 tax increases to fund pet projects like cricket stadiums and overpaying for electric car services, all while providing tax breaks to developers. This needs to stop. Specifically, I will work as a representative for Lawrence Township to push for transparency and investigate misappropriation of funds.”

Education Choice & Vouchers

“The city needs to focus on making sure all its residents have access to quality pre-k education and local public schools. There are some great public schools in the Indianapolis area and we need to take what is working and apply it to schools that need opportunities. I want to involve more teachers in the process of determining if and how charter schools are developed. ”

Roads

“There is no question that our infrastructure is crumbling. It is critical that we allocate tax dollars to improving and maintaining our roads. As City-County Councilor, I will work to ensure that those that use our roads pay a fair share for their maintenance. In addition, we need to engage our legislative delegation to receive more funds from the state.”
