Every person should have a job to take care of their families with. The reparations program will create 50 Million jobs at a minimum. The mandatory investments from the programs should create millions of jobs in corporate America.

    We could create more jobs at home if we scale down on globalization and focus on small businesses. Granting visas to certain professionals doesn't help as well. Chance of a job for an American graduate will enable him or her to start paying off student loans. We also need to set up a program for retraining out workforce and capable resources like single parents and Veterans.

    I want everyone in America who wants to work to have a good job to go to, everyday. The reparations program will create 30-125 million jobs through the investments portion of the program. These jobs will come in a mixture of small business jobs and 30, 40, 50, and 60 dollar an hour jobs in our shoe factories, auto factories, steel factories, and tire factories and manufacturing of any kind.
