I believe that workforce development is a key responsibility of those we put in the position to serve us. Employers continue to innovate and jobs continue to evolve. We need to make sure our workforce is prepared to meet these new challenges. Educating our workforce and positioning them to meet the modern needs of employers results in growth for the employee, employer, and the State of Indiana.

Without this vital resource business/industry can not provide the jobs needed to put our citizens back to work. We need to keep jobs in Adrian. But more importantly, we need to grow small businesses to support our community and provide jobs locally as they grow. We are beyond the large factories. The small entreprenuers will be the next growth of Adrian businesses and job providers. We need to support our local businesses first and that will support our community.
