Extreme Risk Protection is not a law that should exist. Our problem is with communities who don't want to criminalize kids. Consequently, a Florida district made a deal for police to stop arresting kids. Resulting in a bullied kid shooting the school. Yes the kid was reported multiple times and the kid would have been arrested if the community allowed a CRIMINAL TO BE CRIMINAL.
