Education

My father always told me to look out for a two-tied education system. It would be the reintroduction of Jim Crow without the same name. So I am not in favor of vouchers. I am in favor of placing 1 trillion in our schools. Each child recievimg 20,000 and ecah district setting their own standards with the 3 R's being the centerpiece. Any charter worth is't salt can join the existing school district. I will buy the charter school for the entire community to enjoy whatever it offers.

Develop more teachers from multiply marginalized areas by going into high schools in Junior years, working w/students who desire to teach, & help guide them through the process to get into college. This will proactively work to recruit educators that will better address the needs of children in underrepresented areas and since the recruits are from the area this may reduce retention issues.

No state takeover of our schools whatsoever! We must keep our schools in the community, and managed by the communities! The community knows more about their school systems than the state!

20000.00 per student. No Vouchers. School districts set their own standards with the 3 R's in the centerpiece of their programs. Great charter schools will be purchased by me for the entire community to enjoy.
