Quick Bio

As Hamilton County's District 1 County Councilor, I have worked hard to bring more accountability for our citizens' tax dollars. I analyze every spending proposal through the same lens to determine whether it is in the best interest of taxpayers. I don't make decisions based on what other politicians want, I make my decisions based on what is in the best interest of our county. Like all Hamilton County residents, I want our community to continue to thrive and be a top place in America to live, work, and raise a family. When reelected, I will continue "Putting Taxpayers First!" - FG

Putting Taxpayers First!

“This is the motto of my campaign, and if reelected as Hamilton County Councilor in District 1, where I currently serve as Council President, I will continue putting taxpayers' interests before mine. After all, I'm a taxpayer too!”

Parks & Recreation

“As County Councilor, I voted to approve funding for Koteewi Archery Park, which is a unique park to Hamilton County. I have always supported our parks system and my family and me are long time beneficiaries of some of the finest community parks in Indiana.”

Tax & Spend

“Without question, there is a role for government and its services are not free. However, I evaluate every budget proposal (spending request) to determine whether it's in the long-term fiscal interest of Hamilton County. More times then not, I defer to the private sector to resolve issues not directly tied to the county's business.”
