Hello! I am Eddie Barnes, and I am running for Indianapolis City-County Council in District 18. I want to help bring economic benefits and security to an area of the city that desperately needs it. Indianapolis has so much potential, and I want to be one of those who helps our community seize success. I am a Warren Central Graduate, Class of 2014. I am currently studying Political Science as a Bepko Scholar at IUPUI. The East side is my home, and it always has been.
